Japanese Spitz is a small to medium-sized breed of dog that is known for its fluffy, white coat and friendly, outgoing personality. They are a relatively new breed, having been developed in Japan in the 1920s and 1930s by crossing small German Spitz breeds with other small, white-coated dogs. Japanese Spitz is intelligent and easily trainable and is known to be good with children and other pets.

Alpha is in a quite frustrating phase atm. He is becoming very “good” at ignoring us when he just feels like doing something else. You can tell that he knows what he is supposed to do, but he just chooses not to. Thus we haven’t trained as much as I would’ve liked over my holiday. Hopefully his motivation will turn at some point during the next couple of months so that it won’t be as frustrating when we start obedience training and agility training in fall.
